From concept to realization, it’s the Nyanko (Natsume Yuujinchou) pillow plush cushion I made for a friend’s uber belated birthday gift.
Retrospective: The design would have probably fared better without the stubby feet at the bottom, though I wouldn’t say it’s too bad for one of the more complicated designs I’ve undertaken.

Old news, but photos of a keychain pair for someone special (and me!). Designed and handmade from scratch, of course.
I feel like I don’t relax enough. Maybe, my busybody state is what gets me going in life.. but, you know, if I can’t even take a moment to breathe, then all that success really means nothing.
Leave me at peace while I enjoy something that takes my mind off my life. P.S. I also recommend this drama.

Habu, our guinea pig, is extremely docile. She sat there idly while I drew her from multiple angles and stances.

I made it through the semester, and am currently on the plane ride back home.

Bottom line is, I couldn’t see myself using one the way all the Macbook fans use one. That being said, I have nothing against advising you to get one if its for you. But its just not for me. (And as a bonus, any family members who plan to own a Macbook is out of my hands for debugging :D)
And thus, I remain Designer sans Mac.
A gift for a friend. Supersheep (from Worms) as interpreted by said friend: 4 shades of anti-pill fleece softness all around.
I plan to live alone this summer. This will be my first time going solo. I imagine it’ll be a pleasant experience… I’ll come home from work, and immerse myself with my paints. This is a dream I have yet to live, and I want to prove that it is indeed my dream.
On the weekends, I’ll aim to socialize, and see people.
On the weekdays, I’ll splatter paint on the canvas and walls. And, I’d imagine, if the landlord refuses to return my security deposit at the end of the summer, I would think to myself, It was well worth it.
Such is the dream.
If I ever think of a design as great as this, I’d switch back to sneakers.

Lesson of the semester: Do NOT take 3 project intensive courses at once. Regardless, I still manage to find time to draw some pixel art for our semesterly indie game. This is the main menu; Mochicat will be released next Friday :)
