Last night was spent sprucing up the layout of this blog & fulfilling the selfish desire of wanting to try out the fixed header, body over interaction. Don’t miss the :hover fade-in bubble either!
Though, I can confidently say my CSS, especially CSS3, understanding is much, much stronger than 1 month ago. It was a lot of re-acquainting too.
Also, why can’t the day time be this serene? The main reason I like working through the night is because it is SILENT. No banging construction, no crying neighbor babies, no barrage of distractions. I’m going to miss being able to sustain these hours.

portfolio 2012 sneakpeak. placing imagery inside respective chromes helps immensely to both convey context and, well, just look good. e.g., why didn’t I do this before?

hello all - moving back to tumblr as my platform of choice.
now that I have a serious pursuit, there’s less of these moments where I find myself able to just spill the beans. (it just means life is pretty awesome right now, overall at least.)
sometimes I still have to deal with bullshit, but most of the time I’ve been spending outside of work have been poured into sliced citrus and, our product, sociallist. (at some point, there will be formal-ish process on the whole thing documented @ labs.slicedcitr.us.)
perhaps a proper update will follow, but for now, I’m taking it easy and not forcing myself to post for the sake of updating.
* the photo: I recently had the opportunity to experience my first sxsw. this is my favorite shot of the whole ordeal. I was going to write an extensive post-mortem on it.. ah, but everyone on the internet has done a good job of that already!
